Pie

I LOVE PIE!  This is peak pie season and I'm going to share my very favorite recipe for pie crust.  It is a NO-ROLL pie crust that you mix right in the pie pan with your hands.  AND - it is flaky and delicious.  No rolling, no extra dishes, no fuss.  You'll love it.  Here goes . . .

Ingredients:
Mix flour, salt and sugar in the pie plate.  Make a well in the middle and add oil and milk (I use coconut milk, any type of milk will work).  Then just mix it with your hands and press it into the pan.  Poke a few holes in the bottom of the crust with a fork.  Bake it at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.  (You could also fill it with a pie filling and bake according to pie instructions).  This is a great crust for sweet OR savory pies.
